How much do you charge for postage and handling?
For all deliveries in Australia we charge a flat fee of ONLY AU $8.50 PER ORDER regardless of how many items you purchase in a single transaction. Orders over $100 made in a single transaction will receive FREE DELIVERY. We use Australia Post’s Express Post so you can have your goods as soon as possible. We can deliver outside Australia, please contact us to arrange.

What forms of payment does Yellow Penguin accept?
There are 3 methods of payment available on the Yellow Penguin website.
1) We accept Visa or MasterCard payments though ANZ eGate. We have partnered with ANZ to provide direct credit card processing for orders placed on our site. When you select the "credit card" option at the checkout, you will be transferred to a secure ANZ bank page where your payment will be taken.
2) You can also pay via a direct electronic funds transfer, details are shown at the next question.
3) We can accept payment via PayPal. Information about Paypal is shown below.

PayPal is an account-based systems that lets anyone with an email address send and receive online payments using their credit card or bank account. The advantages of using PayPal are:

Can I use electronic funds transfer (EFT) for payment?
Yes, but transferring funds electronically will delay your order by up to 3 working days. When you hit the order button the website will automatically take you to the Paypal site. If you prefer to use EFT simply close the browser, we will still receive your order. Once you have received your order confirmation email, transfer the amount shown to the following bank account:

Account No.: 478 137 196Include your surname and first initial as the reference. Once we receive the funds we will email you a tax invoice and your goods will be dispatched.

How long does delivery take?
We use Express Post so your accessories arrive ready for the dance floor, classroom, office or wherever ASAP! Below is a guide to the average delivery times:

What is Yellow Penguin’s returns policy?
We realise that things don't always go as expected, and sometimes goods may have to be returned.
If you wish to return any goods for any reason please call us on (08) 6364 3535 or email info@yellowpenguin.com.au stating the reason for your return (eg arrived damaged, not as ordered, change of mind). Enclose your receipt and merchandise within 14 days of receipt of the goods, in a box and mail using registered post to:

Bayswater WA 6933Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges. In the event that an item is to be exchanged (eg wrong size) the customer will incur a further delivery charge ($8.50). The delivery fee ($8.50) will be deducted from any returned moneys, including orders that received free delivery.

Can I pick up the goods myself?
No, sorry, Yellow Penguin is an online only shop. This means our costs are lower than a physical shop and, more importantly, we can pass these savings on to you.

Where is my receipt / tax invoice?
A tax invoice will arrive with the goods and a copy will be emailed to the address you supply.

Can I add additional items to my order?
Once an order has been placed then this is considered a single order. If you wish to add other items, they will be considered another order.

Can I cancel my order?
If you call the same day (9am – 5pm Perth time) then it is possible that the order can be cancelled, however if the dispatch process has begun (as little as 15 minutes after an order is placed) then we can not stop the order.

My goods have not arrived within the expected timeframe!
Please call or email if the goods have not arrived within the expected time frame (see: How long does delivery take?).

Do you have a shop I can walk into?
No, sorry, we are an online only shop.

Do you deliver outside Australia?
We can, however delivery charges will apply. Please contact us to arrange.

My size doesn’t appear to be available.
If the size you want does not appear on the pull down button then it must be out of stock or unavailable. Please contact us and we will endeavour to source your size.

What if I order something that is out of stock?
We will send you a confirmation email after every order. Please check this email. If the quantity of an item you ordered exceeds our stock level, we will offer to send the stock we have and order the rest. We will include an estimated delivery time for the remainder of the order. You must respond to this email to confirm that this is ok or that you would prefer to cancel the order. Once we have received your reply we will go ahead with the order.
